Escape to the Italian coast for an evening of sunshine-inspired cocktails, coastal flavors and poolside vibes. Join us on the pool deck for Masters of Mixology: La Dolce Vita Nights – a cocktail tasting experience celebrating the art of Italian aperitivo culture.

Whether you love a classic spritz, a refreshing limoncello cocktail, or discovering something new, you won’t need your passport to experience the flavors of an Italian summer. Guests will sample 4 different cocktails and one bartender will walk away with the title “Master of Mixology”.

Guests must check in by 6:30pm to participate.

Promotional Information

Drawings will be held Sunday, June 28 2026, at 7:30pm on the Pool Deck.
All Invited Club Serrano Members in attendance or Club Serrano members who purchase a ticket will receive one (1) entry into the manual drawing.
Guests must then place their ticket into the drum at the Pool Deck, no later than 7:00pm. At 7:30pm, two (2) winners will be drawn:
1. One (1) Winner of $250 Free Play
2. One (1) Winner of $500 Free Play and a Gucci Passport Holder
Winners must be present and will have 30 seconds to claim their prize at Pool Deck. There will be unlimited redraws in an attempt to identify the winner.
There will be no cash or Free Play options in lieu of prizes.
Members may win once per promotion day.
Free Play Prizes will be valid for seven (7) days.
Must be 21 years of age or older to participate and must be a member of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.
All rules and conditions stated in Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel Standard Rules for Drawings apply to this promotion, unless otherwise stated in these rules. In the event of contradiction or inconsistency, these rules will take precedence.
Participation into a drawing is not guaranteed if a patron is unable to activate their entries during the times stated in these official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a drawing to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.
The Gaming Operation reserves the right to cancel, change, or modify the promotion at any time without notice.
Management on duty will address any complaints that arise. Persons who violate any rule, gain an unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain winner status through fraudulent means will be disqualified. Complaints may be registered with the Promotion Staff, who will notify the Manager on Duty.
